American Roofing Systems provide a wide range of Project Management Services based on each client's unique requirements and needs. PM services include pre-job construction meetings with the owner, contractor, sub contractors and suppliers, in-progress meetings and final project inspections and. In progress quality assurance inspections can be scheduled depending on the needs of the client. The inspections can be daily, weekly or monthly. Progress reports and photo documents are provided with all inspections. Records of all meetings with members of the project team are recorded and archived. Services include contract administration, verify and certify progress payments, verify materials are on site as specified and properly stored.
